old users don't get approved

so, with the recent security breach, all data was wiped and we were told we wouldnt had to make a new register because you had our data still.

yesterday you told that we had to make a new account, so thats what i did. al least that is what i tried to do.

following occured: i register with all same details as old account: email in use.
so, i register with a new email address: not approved because of wrong details.
i register again with original email which seem to work again, i get message : not approved wrong details.

ten i head to the forum thread of rejected approvals, and post my email address their . a couple of minutes later i just get the same email again that my vps is not approved.

tho i use all correct information, (can even send you a copy of my id ) i dont get the approval.

i understand that its a free service, but its getting a little bit annoying. can you guys help me out ?
