I Will learn you how to get 512 slots for your teamspeak server.
First of all you need a teamspeak server. You can install it with this tutorial form ComputerMaster1.
If you have don that you have 36 slots. If you want more slots you will need a non-profit license. You can get it from here:

With a non-profit license you can get max 512 slots for 10 servers.

If you heave all the things you can start.
Click on Continue to register for an NPL...
Then you will see what you will need to register a npl.
Click on continue and then you will need to accept the agreement.
Then fill in you information
If you have complete it you will get a verification email.
Click on the link in the email and then you will get a screen the you have confirmed your email.
Then you will get in 1-7 work days a e-mail form teamspeak with the license.
Then download the lincense.If you heave download it it will look like this: http://tinyurl.com/c6l64ex
Log in to your vps with a ftp (FileZilla)
And drag and drop the license key in the teamspeak root folder.
Reboot your teamspeak server and it will look like this: http://tinyurl.com/bllsmyn
Right click on you server name end the on edit virtal server it will look like this: http://tinyurl.com/bnpvy8s
Then set how many slots you want and then click on ok.
