Requested password is a fake?

Hello everybody,

Today I tried to connect to my control panel but... I didn't remember my password so I asked a new one and when I got it I used it to connect and... BIM I've been blacklisted with the new password the control panel sent me.

Is that normal?

Is it possible to be un-blacklisted?
