Vps not activated 4

I;m bored to creat new topics because the administrator is closing my topic very fast.
First i've create a topic here because my vps was not activated:

The administrator says to register again so i've registerd again and i make new topic:
host1free . com/forum/12-getting-started/16167-vps-not-activated-2-a.html

I've wait another two weeks so i decided to make another post :
host1free . com/forum/12-getting-started/16347-vps-not-activated-3-a.html

The administrator didn't even looked that i've register again how he said.

So what is to do now?
