TechnicSolder Platform

Hey,

Am i allowed to install the TechnicSolder Platform on the Host1free vps?

What it does?
It tell the game launcher where the mods for minecraft are and downloads then. i am going to have the mod files on a differnt server but the vps is going to tell it there they are.
