Does host1free make any backups of any VPS, if so how can I get a back up of a mysql database that I accidentally deleted last week? If not, bummer, but I have learned my lesson to back up myself.
Also I am wonder is Kloxo a good and secure hosting control panel that keeps un-authorized access from hackers from accessing the system to send spam, ect?
