Account approved but no login details

Hey :)

I signed up and validated my email. I waited for 12 hours and posted on host1free facebook page and the admin replied that I'm approved. I waited again but no login details email received. I checked both login and spam box but haven't received any further email. Tried the reset password but it says email not in system.
