conection mysql remote by odbc or with navicat

Hi, long time trying to connect my pc with navicat to database mysql but I cannot.

contraseña.............

In host name I wrote all, box10......., my subdomain... but it cannot connect


I havent IP fixed static, but I have service no-ip.org redirection.

What is the problem? thanks
