Filled in Free VPS request form, but nothing got withing 2 weeks elspased

Hello,

I filled the Order Now form in Free VPS section on the main page of the host1free.
I got the email (dated from 4 march) where I was told that I will be notified once VPS is approved, but I still got nothing. Please, could you assist me?
I would like to try the service, also I would like to know is it possible to upgrade free VPS to premium later without the system reset?
