a complane about vps :/

i have a big complane about vps -_- that's not good im not blame that your vps is not good
i want to say that your vps are down for me only 128 mb ram what ever when i start my server
your vps restart my server again and again ( always crached the server )
so is there any way to stop the crached on your vps :/
