Password is invalid

Hi!

My account email is sergey.yugai[at]gmail.com, server is located on node9.

Problem is: I can not log into my server (neither using root password nor using serial console).
I've tried resetting root password and rebooting machine, but nothing helps.

Please, help me to solve this problem and thanks in advance.
