VPS Suspended for 2'nd time.

It's confusing me, this is the second time I've got suspended with no reason.
It's like on the last time, the only difference now is that I have a normal wordpress blog installed on it.

94.249.249.200 - The Administrators here can check whats on it.
Is that an system failure ? Can some adminstrator please tell me whats wrong ?
