cannot connect to vps

I tried to ssh into my VPS today, but it cannot connect.

error msg:
Connecting to 5.231.0.205:22...
Could not connect to '5.231.0.205' (port 22): Connection failed.

I thought it is the system err, so I logged into the control panel and reinstalled my VPS.
but it just gave me the same msg.

by the way, I can connect yesterday, and it works fine.
plz check my IP, 5.231.0.205. and see if something wrong with it.
