The Free VPS provided by host1free has only 128 MB RAM. So with 64 bit OS, it consumes more RAM and only a few left for using. But if its 32 bit, it consumes less RAM and it will be more useful for users as more RAM will be left. So i would suggest the admins that if you could provide 32 Bit OS, it will be more better for 128 MB VPS.
